Small‑church pastors often carry the weight of ministry alone — preaching, shepherding, counseling, administration, and crisis care. Many feel isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn when they need encouragement or accountability. The Majority Church exists to change that by creating intentional spaces where pastors connect, grow, and breathe again.
Two Ways We Build Community
Facebook Forum
Our Facebook forum is the open front door — a gathering place where pastors encourage pastors, share wisdom, ask questions, and remind each other that ministry was never meant to be lived alone. It’s simple, accessible, and designed to break isolation through everyday connection.
Pastor Cadres
Cadres are small, closed groups of ministers who meet consistently for deeper connection, accountability, and spiritual health. Cadres exist to create a “safe environment to share our struggles… encourage one another when we falter, and pray for one another as we engage the world in our various contexts.”
They are intentionally small, consistent, judgment‑free, and built to multiply — because pastors need more than ministry talk; they need space to talk about their families, their health, their fears, and their walk with Christ.
Why These Spaces Matter
Over 40% of pastors feel isolated. One in three has considered leaving ministry in the past year. And many have no one — aside from their spouse — who holds them accountable or checks in on their spiritual, emotional, or physical health. Cadres and forums give pastors what they often lack: community, honesty, encouragement, and a place to be fully human.
